Candidacy Information

Office Sought:

National Collegiate Representative

Vision for Sinfonia:

Sinfonia has been in the process of returning to its roots as a social organization for young men in America's higher education system for the past few decades and I hope to see it continue forward in the fraternity's second century. Cultivating a better outlet for not only collegiate membership but also for its alumni in the form of alumni associations would lead to stronger involvement within the national fraternity. Looking inward as a social order, the fraternity must be more involved with the experience of collegiate membership at the chapter, provincial and national levels to ensure their activeness as alumni can bridge the generational gaps of the brotherhood.

Why Are You Running:

Having served in a multitude of leadership positions at the chapter level and presently at the province level, I am confident in my ability to loan my skills at a larger, national setting. As an active collegiate member, I feel it is important to serve in the role of NCR to bring the collegiate perspective within the NEC and provide assistance and guidance as needed to our probationary, collegiate, honorary and alumni members alike. I would like to serve the fraternity's ideals at a higher level while bringing about more engagement and networking amongst our membership.

Qualifications for Office:

Learning how to engage with collegiate and alumni Sinfonians in new ways due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I feel that my experience in remotely connecting with members and coordinating digital and physical gatherings of members for both chapters and provinces can be of service at a national level. I have had the opportunity to present educational sessions during my province's most recent workshop. I have also served in a multitude of roles for my chapter during my undergraduate studies that included serving in the university's student government association, interfraternity council as well as holding membership and serving as Vice President of Service for its chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi, honorary band fraternity.
